Spectra Gold is a laser treatment that is used to treat blemishes, freckles, birthmarks, scars, and tattoo pigments, and is more effective than IPL. It transmits laser energy to break down melanin, which will be absorbed or digested by the white blood cells and will be removed from the body in the form of wastes. The procedure does not cause any side effects. Treatment should be performed 3-6 times for optimal results. However, the number of treatments depends on the depth of the pigments.
